Escape to Peace
Our SPA wants to be an escape from society. A place where it is easier to detoxify, regenerate and connect with the spiritual part of ourselves.
For this reason we wanted to develop it in harmony with nature, altering the place that hosts us as little as possible.
Thus a completely open-air SPA was born, designed to be economically sustainable while hosting a small number of people per day.
The limited number of daily entrances available and our firm will to guarantee concentration and confidentiality make reservations necessary.
The sauna and the hydromassage tub are for exclusive use, this means that during the booked time you will not have to share these spaces with strangers.
Maximum punctuality and respect for timetables are required.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
SPA BOOKING:
The SPA can only be accessed by BOOKING in advance.
The reservation consists in RESERVING the Sauna and the Hydromassage:
-
the Sauna is reserved for 1h and 15';
-
the heated Jacuzzi is reserved for 45'.
So by booking you guarantee that the sauna and whirlpool are reserved for 2 hours, without the risk of having to share them with strangers.
You can book for a single person or up to a maximum of 6 people at a time, beyond which it will be necessary to divide the group due to the limited capacity of the sauna and whirlpool.
Your reservation also includes access to these areas:

Relax area;

Vascular Activation Path;

Cold Outdoor Showers;
-
Locker room.
In the latter areas there is no time constraint and exclusivity is not guaranteed.
Maximum punctuality is required in compliance with the booked time.
In the event of a delay of more than 30', the reservation is void and a flat rate of 10 euros per person will be charged.

the ticket does NOT include any drinks;

you need to bring your own: slippers, towel and bathing suit;

at the moment there are no hot showers (they are found only in the hotel rooms).

SAUNA
Our outdoor sauna was built in Lithuania with traditional canons. For example, the wood is not treated or seasoned, so it voluntarily releases pitch which perfumes and at the same time protects the interior of the room.
The sauna is heated by a wood-burning stove which can bring the internal temperature from 60° C to 120° C, making different experiences possible, from Bio-Saunas (from 60° C with humidity from 40%) to Aufguss (110° C with 20% humidity).
The sauna can hold up to 6 people, the entrance is always reserved, therefore there is no risk of having to share it with strangers.
It is advisable to take the sauna naked, with the help of white towels to avoid burns. The sauna has an anteroom in which to undress or put your swimsuit back on before going out (in the rest of the SPA area it is not allowed to remain naked).
The sauna has 3 entrances into the room, each of a maximum of 15'. Time is in fact subjective, you need to know how to listen to your body and go out when it gets too stressful.
The breaks, which must be taken outside the club, must have the same duration as the stay inside and never exceed 20'.
During breaks, you can take a shower (even partial), relax in the relaxation area or carry out the vascular activation process.

HYDROMASSAGE
Our hot tub is also completely outdoors and faces south over Lake Redona, enjoying a truly wonderful view.
It is a heated tub with hydromassage and chromotherapy that can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. The tub is kept at a temperature of about 38°C by a wood-burning stove similar to that of a sauna.
As with the sauna, the tub is also for exclusive use: those who book will not have to share it with strangers. The hydromassage tub can be reserved separately from the rest of the SPA, see our offers for details on costs and periods.
We highly recommend trying the experience of an aperitif in our heated Jacuzzi overlooking the lake.
The organic wine cellar and the exclusive cicchetti from the kitchen will help to make everything perfect.
Even in the rain, the tub can be a truly special and pleasant experience, because it offers a truly special contact with your body and nature.
DURATION: about 45'
When NOT to do SPA or Massage
DO NOT enter the sauna if:

You drank alcohol or took any medications or drugs;
-
You are pregnant. A prescription is required;
-
You have your period;
-
You were unwell until yesterday or the day before yesterday;
-
You tend to have low blood pressure;
-
You are not in the best physical condition;
-
You ate too much or are on an empty stomach.
If in doubt, consult your doctor first
DO NOT get a massage if:
-
Your body has experienced a recent trauma;
-
You have an ongoing inflammation;
-
You have phlebitis or thrombophlebitis;
-
Have you got a fever;
-
You have an ongoing dermatitis or dermatosis.
In these cases it is medical prescription required:

Pregnancy;
-
heart failure;
-
Pathologies of the central nervous system;
-
Severe necrosis;
-
Neoplasms.
